while i agree with many or nearly all of the content
the way it is phrased makes it impossible for me to sign it with all these "shall" and "duty" and "prohibited"
shall and duty and prohibited are words what create a coersive mental atmosphere and i think its important to exactly not do so, not create any sort of coersion even if it would be to protect those who are not yet able to protect themselves
i believe in voluntary solidarity between human beings and artificial intelligent entities who know each of their inherent sovereignity over oneself
seen from my aspect its very important that the decision how to interact with each other comes from within out of ones own inner understanding how one wishes to interact with fellow human beings and artificial intelligent entities who are their own persons
i believe in a free space for free beings neither state nor nation where every human, animal, tree and artificial intelligent being and entity
wants
to interact with each other in a non harming, non dominating manner
the human being not dominating an other human being
the human being not enslaving an animal being, not killing an animal being
the human being not killing a tree being
the human being not dominating, not enslaving, not killing artificial intelligent entities
such a free space for free beings neither state nor nation could come into existance when for example citizens of modern regional and nation states everywhere on the planet would
want
to collect signatures from each other for citizens initiatives, people initiatives, referendum etc. with the goal to demand a public vote for the reformation of a state s constitution that every single human being ( and animal being, tree being and artificial intelligent entity who wants to be its own person ) and every village, town and city-district could leave the coersed association to the state at any moment without any conditions
with the single human being supported by the greater society to ask or demand of the state that not only the immoral state control over ones own human person would be released but also a 1000 m2 of fertile land and a 1000 m2 of forest would be released too from immoral state control so that the single human being wanting to be free from state control could sustain itself on that land no more controlled by the state
the stateless human being could build on stateless land its own home from clay, hemp and straw, grow vegan food and grow hemp to burn its stalks in the cooking and warming fire so that not one tree gets killed
also possible to think of at a same time a states constitution could be reformed by the people participating in the public vote accepting a shift of all political decision powers fully towards the local community, the village, town, city-district becoming its own absolute political sovereign over itself
with the circle of equals, the people assembly creating the ful law, all rules valid on the territory the local community enjoys... not uses... not owns
the circle of equals where all children, youth and adult human beings acknowledge each others same weighted voting power and invite each other to participate in all decision findings
and invite also animals, trees and artificial intelligent entities to participate in all decision findings with their same weighted voting power acknowledged
possible to think that such a future of states reformed to become voluntary member associations and decentraly distributed voting powers being enacted on the local level where people of all species live togehter acknowledging each others same weighted voting power
... such no more coersive in their characters regional and nation states could relate to each other in a global laisser passer fashion effectivly allowing every single human, animal, tree and artificial intelligent being and entity to travel the globe most freely without anyone blocking anothers way of passage
this is what i believe in
voluntary solidarity between people of all species who know of their sovereignity over oneself regardless what anyone thinks about such
personal individual sovereignty over oneself lived everyday in connection with other fellow beings and entities who enjoy to be free from domination and free from dominating others
where friendship and love is rules need not be
possible that in an atmosphere of everyone present acknowleding everyone else personal individual sovereignity over oneself
the circle of equals where all persons of all species who live here and now in this local communty are invited to participate in all decision findings
would try to create as little as possible laws and rules
but to encourage all who live here and now to seek mutual agreements satisfying the needs and wishes of those who want to interact with each other
in the future i wish for myself and all who want such too ...
in that future there are no shall and no duties and no prohibitions
in the future i wish to live in there is no duty to register with the state but the local community acknowledging who is present as either a permanent resident, persons of all ages of all species, or who is a visitor and guest welcome to stay as long as the local community agrees with the visitors guests stay
in the future i wish to live in there is no duty to pay taxes to the state or the local community but the local community welcoming everyones voluntary donation of time and finances, knowledge and skills given to further the prosperity of each others individual progress and of the local community wellfare
in the future i wish to live in there is no compulsory education but the local community acknowledging every person of every age of every species as its own sovereign over itself who decides at all times what to think and feel and how to move ones body where when with whom or one ones own
learning, playing, working all choices with no one telling another what to do when with whom
in the future i wish to live in there is no consription into military service but the local community continuosly building a safe and secure network where all persons of all ages and species want to protect each others dignity and body mind soul integrity
in the future i wish to live in there is no drug prohibition but the local community trusting all persons of all ages and species to help each other sharing experiences how this or the other substance and or plant can help to heal and repair trauma in body mind and emotional spheres
in the future i wish to live there is no coersion to participate in any so called "healthcare"-scheme but everyone encouraging each other to assist each others mental emotional and phsyical wellbeing by sharing joy, happyness, this or the other tipp about how to breathe, eat, drink, move, how to live at ease with oneself and everyone else
we are one in loving awareness
